This Stage 1 Turbine Rotor Disc component is compatible with TB5000 or TB5400 model gas turbine and has been subject of high-quality intensive overhaul. All components of yhe disc have been dimensionally checked and inspected, all 85 installed blades are 100% Non-Destructive Test Pass inspected microstrucuture zero hour rejuvenated. All embedded blades are are finished tip ground to gauge diameter and treated with Sermalloy J protective coating to hot gas washed areas.
